The short versionYour authentication and analytics data goes only between your browser and Meta. We do not operate a server that receives it.
Information processed
FB Multi Manager processes your Facebook user identifier, the Facebook session token embedded in pages returned to your browser, selected Business and Page identifiers, Page names, post content metadata, images, and analytics such as views, reactions, comments, audience breakdowns, and countries.
How information is used
Information is used exclusively to authenticate requests made on your behalf to Meta and to display the Page analytics features you request. Authentication data is cached in Chrome local extension storage, treated as expired after five minutes, and cleared when you use the extension's Logout action.
Sharing and transmission
Authentication data and analytics requests are transmitted only to Meta-owned Facebook endpoints over HTTPS. FB Multi Manager does not send this information to a developer-operated server, sell it, use it for advertising, or permit people to read it.
Limited Use
Information received through Facebook is used only to provide and improve FB Multi Manager's visible Page analytics features. It is not transferred for advertising, credit assessment, lending, or any unrelated purpose.
Retention and user controls
Use Logout in the extension to clear its local session cache. Removing FB Multi Manager from Chrome removes its local extension storage. Data stored by Facebook remains subject to Meta's own policies and account controls.
Chrome permissions
The extension uses storage for local settings and session cache, sidePanel for its interface, tabs to detect the active Facebook business context, and declarativeNetRequest for a narrowly scoped request-header rule. Host access is limited to HTTPS pages on Facebook domains.
Children’s privacy
FB Multi Manager is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
Changes
This policy will be updated if the extension's data practices change. The latest revision date will always appear at the top of this page.
